As you might expect, Key West has great weather. It lives up to its claim that it is the only city in the lower 48 states that has never experienced a frost. Never. No snow, no ice, no frost. You can be sitting on the beach in January and the lowest the thermometer will read is sixty five degrees. Now that is mild. In fact, the coldest temperature ever recorded in Key West , Florida in all of its history was back in 1886 when the mercury reached a frigid forty one degrees.
With so many reasons to visit, and such a variety of activities to choose from once you are there, you will want to come back to Key west again and again.
